We get along
We get along like two
Houses on fire. We burn excitedly,
Swopping flames, crackling with joy-
Let it always be so,
O let it always.
I'm tired of going round and round,
My tail in my mouth;
Every revolution makes me fear
I've always been wrong
About everything; but we get along
Like two houses alight
And spitting stars, our laughter
Is less of a secret,
More of a shout
Into the endless, flame-shot
Night.
